White Mocha Cold Brew
This recipe is incredible!! The white chocolate chunks are sooo good with the whipped cream and caramel drizzle😋 Seconds please
Housemade Whipped Cream topping:
- Combine 1 cup heavy whipping cream with 1oz vanilla almond honey (check out our post last week about infusing honey at home)
- Either whip with hand mixer until firm peaks, or in a nitrogen whipped cream dispenser (a worthwhile investment!) and set aside
White Mocha almond creamer:
- To a cup add 2oz Almond creamer (we use Nutpobs)
- Add 1oz Ghirardelli white chocolate sauce
- Froth until doubled in volume and set aside
To your glass:
- Fill with ice
- Add 1 cup cold brewed Immune Blend (watch our video from earlier this week to learn how to cold brew)
- Add a drizzle of Ghirardelli Salted Caramel sauce
- Add the White Mocha almond creamer
- Stir, stir, stir
- Top with your whipped cream, white chocolate shavings, and salted caramel drizzle
