Return/Exchange Policy
Exchanges
We guarantee that your orders will arrive intact and undamaged. We will replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery at no additional charge. Please send us an email with a photograph of the damaged product to info@smartowlcoffee.com and we will process a re-order of the damaged item(s).
Subscription orders are confirmed five days before shipment via email, giving you the opportunity to update your selections. If no changes are requested, your previous order will ship automatically. Exchanges on delivered subscription orders are accepted within 10 days of delivery; shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us within 10 days of purchase. If that window has passed, we kindly ask that you pass along your coffee to someone who might enjoy it.

Refunds
We will notify you on whether your refund was approved within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Time varies between 3-5 business days depending on your bank or credit card.
It often takes 3-5 business days for refunds to show in your account. If you’re not seeing a refund after 5 days, please contact us at info@smartowlcoffee.com. Sometimes certain banks may have a longer processing time.
