Return/Exchange Policy
Exchanges
We guarantee that your orders will arrive intact and undamaged. We will replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please send us an email with a photograph of the damaged product to info@smartowlcoffee.com and we will process a re-order of the damages item(s).
Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must email us within 10 days of purchasing your Smart Owl Coffee. If it has been more than 10 days since you purchase, we ask that you please gift your coffee to a friend or family member who you think might enjoy it:)
We do not accept returns on used coffee mugs or other accessories. If you are having an issue, please contact us at smartowlcoffee@protonmail.com.
Smart Owl Coffee is not responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
We will notify you on whether your refund was approved within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Time varies between 3-5 business days depending on your bank or credit card.
It often takes 3-5 business days for refunds to show in your account. If you’re not seeing a refund after 5 days, please contact us at smartowlcoffee@protonmail.com. Sometimes certain banks may have a longer processing time.
