Return/Exchange Policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must email us within 10 days of purchasing your Smart Owl Coffee. If it has been more than 10 days since you purchase, we ask that you please gift your Smart Owl Coffee to a friend or family member who you think might enjoy it:)

We do not accept returns on opened bags of coffee or used coffee mugs and ask that you try to return your coffee in the same packaging that you received it in when possible.

Smart Owl Coffee is not responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

We will notify you on whether your refund was approved within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Time varies between 3-5 business days depending on your bank or credit card.

Late or missing refunds

It often takes 3-5 business days for refunds to show in your account. Please contact your credit card company or bank on when the refund will be posted – 9 times out of 10 the refund is in your bank's hands. If you’re not seeing a refund after 5 days, please contact us at smartowlcoffee@protonmail.com

Exchanges

We will replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please send us an email with a photograph of the damaged product at smartowlcoffee@protonmail.com
